Founder of Radical Wellness Collaborative, LMFT and Ceremonial Guide for Unfinished Business.

I believe that we are better together and the more that we lean into our giftedness in good company, the better we all get. Hence, the creation of Radical Wellness Collaborative. It is my mission to provide you with holistic care in a radical way.

I am creative, unconventional, and wildly hopeful. I create spaces for people to come home to themselves. Wherever you find yourself along this journey, I would love to help you create a way to get there well.

Dream Sessions - these one time sessions are focused on getting you unstuck and on your way. I work in a pretty rapid pace, direct style during these sessions as we map out where you have been and what you are wanting to evolve. We can meet in person or online for this type of experience. We first take a snapshot of your right now query or threshold or stuck place. Then we delve into patterns and what is underneath. Then we climb, to get perspective and a height and wisdom and clarity. Then we fly. Dream Sessions are both practical and expansive, gritty and gracious, unconventional and right on time. 90 minutes of shared time and a follow up plan for your clarity, remembering and next steps. This type of session is for people who are considering a change, working through a stronghold or blind spot, wanting to implement a shift. This could be around relationships dynamics, career changes, generational patterns, spiritual evolution, or a really good idea you have and just need support, inspiration and a clear next step.
