An archetypal snapshot. Another way in. An invitation to reflection, awareness and activation.
Do you ever feel disoriented in your own life? Wondering how you got here or where you’re going or where you should be going? What if I told you we are all on a journey and you are exactly where you are supposed to be?
A Journey Within Session uses an adapted model of Joseph Campbell’s concept- the Hero’s Journey. Together, we explore the different phases of the epic journey you are on - The Call, The Threshold, The Ordeal, The Reward, and The Homecoming. Through the use of archetypal cards we braid together images, myth, and your lived experience to make meaning of where you are, how you got here, what you’re facing and what you’re really after.
After our time together, I will create a personalized Journey Map for you with ongoing ideas for introspection and action.
This type of session is great for people who are at an intersection in their lives, feel a little stalled, are at a big birthday threshold, facing some change or are just curious about their journey. Whatever your reason, I look forward to connecting with you and seeing what unfolds.
